If you have received spam, unsolicited emails, or believe someone is violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to us immediately. We take all abuse reports seriously and investigate them promptly.

What to Report

Please report the following violations:

  • Spam: Unsolicited bulk emails or commercial emails you did not consent to receive
  • Cold Outreach: Emails from senders you have no relationship with
  • Phishing: Attempts to acquire sensitive information through deceptive emails
  • Malware/Viruses: Emails containing malicious attachments or links
  • Fraud: Scam emails or fraudulent content
  • Policy Violations: Any violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • Harassment: Threatening or harassing emails
  • Misleading Content: False sender information or deceptive subject lines

How to Report

Option 1: Email Report (Recommended)

Forward the abusive email to abuse@sukimail.com with full email headers included. Most email clients allow you to view and copy full headers.

Include in your report:

  • Full email headers (this helps us trace the source)
  • The complete email content (forward as attachment if possible)
  • Date and time you received the email
  • Brief description of why you're reporting it
  • Your contact information (optional, but helpful for follow-up)

What Happens After You Report

  1. Immediate Acknowledgment: You will receive an automated confirmation email within minutes
  2. Investigation: Our abuse team reviews the report, typically within 24 hours
  3. Account Review: If the report is valid, we review the sender's account and compliance history
  4. Action: Appropriate action is taken, which may include warnings, account suspension, or termination
  5. Follow-Up: For serious violations, we may contact you for additional information

Due to privacy concerns, we cannot share specific details about actions taken against other users' accounts. However, we take all valid abuse reports seriously and act promptly.

Unsubscribe Instead

If you simply want to stop receiving emails from a legitimate sender (not spam), please use the unsubscribe link in the email instead of reporting abuse. Legitimate senders must honor unsubscribe requests immediately.

If an unsubscribe link doesn't work or you continue receiving emails after unsubscribing, that is a violation and should be reported.
